This position is hybrid and availability to work 1-2 days a week at the Metro Center - Washington, DC office is required. Other days will be telecommuting.

Role:
Provides environmental compliance and planning support to, or administrative oversight of, programs and/or projects. Applicant must be a self starter, organized, and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with schedule management for Director and Branch Chief (Coordination)
- Draft, review, and edit official correspondence
- Create and update PowerPoint Presentations and Spreadsheets
- Work with Branch Chief to track program progress
- Conduct environmental compliance or planning research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare reports
- Assist environmental and energy program managers with the development of schedules and tracking metrics
- Gather and analyze relevant information and data
- Create and maintain SharePoint sites
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related environmental science or energy professional experience or high school degree or equivalent with 5+ years of equivalent environmental experience.
- Ability to pass a Government background investigation.
- Able to work on multiple projects at once.
- High level of organizational skills required.
