OUR TEAM

In the Health, Safety & Environment Team, we aim to protect people and the environment by ensuring regulatory compliance, managing environmental and occupational health risks, and continuously improving our management systems and operational practices.

MISSION

In this role, he/she/they will:

1. Drive environmental compliance and sustainability

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and Michelin standards while managing environmental risks, monitoring operational impacts, and strengthening environmental management practices across the site.

2. Manage industrial hygiene and occupational health risks

Identify, assess, and control workplace exposure risks, including chemical, physical, and biological hazards, while ensuring effective implementation of industrial hygiene standards and preventive measures.

3. Strengthen management systems and continuous improvement

Collaborate with operational teams to implement environmental and industrial hygiene management systems, support audits and improvement initiatives, and promote a proactive culture of risk prevention and sustainability.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in environmental management, industrial hygiene, occupational health, HSE, or regulatory compliance within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Good knowledge of Thai environmental regulations, occupational health requirements, and industrial hygiene principles
• Understanding of environmental risk assessment, workplace exposure control, and environmental management systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Good communication skills in Thai and English

Preferred

• Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or environmental and occupational health management systems
• Knowledge of chemical risk assessment, occupational exposure monitoring, and industrial hygiene practices
