Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering innovation within the enterprise architecture framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provides services in the operation and service management of the NTP time server infrastructure of the client. It supports the suppression of medium and high priority faults and controls communication with service providers.
His area of responsibility includes, among other things:
- Operation, management and monitoring of NTP time server services
- Processing of incidents and service requests related to NTP services
- Assisting in meeting and monitoring SLAs for time services
- Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of security guidelines and configuration specifications
- Support for tests, certifications and documentation in the operational context
- Assist in troubleshooting faults with priority medium to high
- Control of escalations and communication with providers and internal stakeholders
- Creation of operational key figures and reports on time server availability and performance
- Participation in regular company meetings and coordination
- Documentation of operating procedures and error analyses.
- Sound knowledge of NTP protocols and how time servers work
- Experience in 2nd level operation and monitoring of network time services
- Knowledge of incident and service request management according to ITIL
- Experience in dealing with SLAs and Service Relationship Management (SRM)
- Experience working with providers and internal operations teams
- Experience with operational documentation and reporting
- Good communication skills and service-oriented action

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of network design principles, protocols, and security standards.
- Experience in developing and implementing scalable and resilient network solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex network environments and propose effective architecture improvements.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and integration with on-premises infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing network performance and reliability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
