  • Experience in hospice, post-acute care, healthcare operations, or internal organizational analytics is highly valued, particularly when paired with strong analytical aptitude, business context, and demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technical capabilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric capabilities, including data modeling, semantic models, dashboards, reports, dataflows, gateways, Power BI Service, and related Microsoft analytics tools.
  • Experience with SQL, data integration, data transformation, APIs, cloud or relational data sources, and automation tools preferred.
  • Ability to partner with operational, clinical, financial, and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, ask thoughtful questions, and translate priorities into analytics solutions.
  • Self-motivated learner with demonstrated initiative in developing AI, automation, data visualization, and analytics skills, and applying those capabilities to improve workflows, insights, outcomes, or user experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication skills, and willingness to continuously learn new tools, methods, and business domains.
