About the opportunity

The objective of the Enterprise Account Executive is simple — to bring new business to Northspyre. But this is not your run-of-the-mill sales job. As an Enterprise AE, you’ll explore diverse markets and industries to uncover opportunities for Northspyre’s platform across new sectors. Through a consultative, value-driven sales approach, you’ll engage enterprise leaders, validate market needs, and demonstrate how Northspyre’s platform can solve complex business challenges, deliver measurable ROI, and create value in sectors we haven’t yet fully penetrated.

Enterprise sales at Northspyre requires more than delivering a great demo. You’ll engage senior decision-makers, navigate complex buying processes, build consensus across multiple stakeholders, and develop a deep understanding of each prospective client’s business objectives. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, connecting strategic business challenges to the capabilities and value of the Northspyre platform.

Our Enterprise AEs make a meaningful impact on how real estate organizations operate and grow. If you’re energized by solving complex business problems, building executive relationships, and winning high-value deals, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact at Northspyre.

In this role, you’ll get to

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities across adjacent industries—including government, defense, aerospace and defense (A&D), and oil and gas—evaluating potential demand, developing go-to-market strategies, and establishing Northspyre’s path to winning enterprise customers in new sectors.
  • Own and attain annual individual quota, managing a pipeline of inbound, outbound, and self-sourced opportunities from initial qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans that identify target organizations, key stakeholders, business priorities, expansion opportunities, and paths to winning new business.
  • Engage C-suite executives, senior finance leaders, development executives, and other key decision-makers to understand organizational priorities and build compelling business cases for change.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, navigating competing priorities, procurement processes, financial scrutiny, and organizational buying dynamics to drive consensus and close.
  • Deliver consultative discovery and executive-level presentations that connect Northspyre’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes, including improved project visibility, cost control, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
  • Quantify the financial and operational impact of Northspyre through ROI analyses, tailored business cases, and value-based selling strategies that help prospective clients justify investment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, internal champions, and other stakeholders to build trust, accelerate deal momentum, and establish a foundation for long-term customer success.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to refine enterprise sales strategies, strengthen go-to-market execution, and share insights that inform Northspyre’s growth.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and disciplined opportunity qualification to support predictable revenue attainment.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Northspyre’s enterprise sales playbook by sharing best practices, market intelligence, competitive insights, and lessons learned from complex sales engagements.
  • Drive meaningful revenue and have a tangible stake in the success of a high-growth SaaS company where your performance, professional growth, and impact matter.

We are looking for people who:

  • Are capable of building and owning a new market vertical from the ground up, identifying and validating opportunities across sectors such as government, defense, aerospace and defense (A&D), and oil and gas. Operate effectively in ambiguity as a founding AE for your assigned sector, developing the go-to-market strategy, establishing a repeatable sales playbook, and defining how Northspyre can successfully penetrate and scale within new enterprise markets.
  • Are strategic, commercially minded sellers who can connect an organization’s business objectives to a compelling technology solution.
  • Have exceptional consultative selling, executive communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Are comfortable engaging senior executives and building credibility with sophisticated buyers across multiple functions.
  • Can navigate complex sales environments, manage competing stakeholder interests, and create alignment around a shared business case.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from territory and account planning through qualification, forecasting, negotiation, and close.
  • Are analytical and business-oriented, with the ability to quantify value, articulate ROI, and translate operational challenges into measurable financial outcomes.
  • Are highly self-directed, resourceful, and effective at generating pipeline through a combination of inbound engagement, outbound prospecting, relationship development, and strategic account penetration.
  • Sweat the small stuff, maintain high standards, and approach opportunity management, follow-up, and forecasting with discipline and attention to detail.
  • Are resilient, competitive, and accountable, with a demonstrated ability to learn from setbacks and consistently deliver against ambitious goals.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, remote team environment and collaborate effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Are motivated by working alongside high-caliber colleagues and contributing to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional performance.
  • Want to make a meaningful impact on a growing business by winning complex, high-value opportunities and helping establish Northspyre as the leading technology platform for real estate development.

We are looking for people who have proven:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise sales, management consulting, or other client-facing roles involving complex, high-value business solutions.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota and delivering strong sales performance, ideally in an enterprise or strategic account executive capacity.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with senior executives and other economic decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated success building business cases, articulating ROI, and selling on business value rather than product features alone.
  • Experience developing strategic account plans, generating and advancing pipeline, and managing opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification skills, with the ability to maintain visibility into deal health, risks, and next steps.
  • The ability to manage long sales cycles, navigate procurement and negotiation, and maintain momentum across complex buying organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to executive audiences.
  • A demonstrated ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions into commercial real estate, real estate development, construction, or adjacent industries.
  • Existing relationships with real estate owners, developers, institutional investors, or senior leaders responsible for development and capital project portfolios.
  • Direct experience in real estate development, capital project management, construction, or portfolio operations.
  • Experience selling financial, analytics, workflow automation, or other business-critical software to executive buyers.
  • An MBA or other advanced degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related discipline.

Benefits and Perks

  • In addition to a competitive salary, we are offering a meaningful stock option package
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision. Multiple plan options, including a plan option for 100% employer-paid premium for individual coverage for full-time employees.
  • 401k Match to help you save for your future (Fully vested after 6 mo eligibility period)
  • Unlimited Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and major US Holidays
  • Awesome company swag!
