• Manufacturing & Operations: Drive production performance, efficiency, cost, and capacity improvements.

• Process & Equipment Engineering: Own processes/equipment, lead DOE/SPC/root cause analysis, improve OEE.

• Quality Engineering: Manage investigations, CAPA, audits, and supplier/customer quality.

• NPI: Lead new product readiness, validate processes & tooling, drive DFM/DFx.

• Supply Chain: Manage planning, materials, inventory, suppliers, and S&OP.

• EHS & CI: Ensure safety compliance and lead Lean/CI programs.

• Data Science / Metrology: Build analytics and measurement systems to support engineering decisions.

• Finance: Lead forecasting, budgeting, and cost analysis.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Science, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields

• Experience across levels (Engineer I → Director)

• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration
