Join our team and work alongside experienced engineers while developing practical skills in process calculations, CAD design, technical documentation, and equipment selection.

  • Supporting automation engineers with project-related engineering activities
  • Assisting with PLC and HMI/SCADA related engineering tasks
  • Supporting the preparation and update of automation and electrical documentation
  • Assisting with the preparation and review of electrical diagrams, I/O lists and control documentation
  • Supporting engineers in understanding and working with P&IDs and functional descriptions
  • Assisting with basic PLC and automation programming activities under the guidance of experienced engineers
  • Learning about industrial communication protocols such as Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet and Modbus
  • Supporting the selection and documentation of instrumentation such as flow, pressure, level and temperature measurement devices
  • Gaining practical knowledge of motor control equipment such as drives and soft starters
  • Assisting with automation hardware and panel-related engineering activities
  • Supporting testing and troubleshooting activities in the engineering environment
  • Working with engineers from different disciplines to develop integrated automation solutions
  • Preparing technical documentation and supporting day-to-day engineering activities

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Final-year university student in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
  • Available to work at least 2 days per week throughout the academic year
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic understanding of electrical and automation systems
  • Familiarity with PLC, HMI/SCADA or industrial automation is an advantage
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, EPLAN or similar engineering tools is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of electrical diagrams and technical documentation
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Structured, responsible and detail-oriented approach
