Job Description:

CROWN Heshan is seeking an experienced Engineering Electrical Technician to support the electrical and control systems within our manufacturing facility. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical infrastructure to ensure optimal operational efficiency and safety.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and instrumentation.
* Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical components and control systems.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, interpret electrical schematics, and utilize diagnostic tools.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and implement electrical system improvements and upgrades.
* Document electrical repairs, maintenance activities, and system configurations accurately.
* Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
* Assist in the training of production and maintenance personnel on electrical system operation and safety procedures.
* Support new equipment installations and commissioning activities.
* Participate in on-call rotations and respond to urgent electrical breakdowns as needed.

Job Qualifications:**

* Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Electrician certification, or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a high-speed production setting.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting and programming PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, and variable frequency drives.
* Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and control logic.
* Knowledge of industrial electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).
* Experience with instrumentation, sensors, and motor control systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various industrial environments.
