• Manage end-to-end procurement of tooling, dies, and related manufacturing equipment.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and tooling requirements in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop tooling suppliers based on cost, quality, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze quotations, and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers.
• Ensure purchased tooling meets technical, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Track tooling orders, monitor supplier progress, and resolve delivery or quality issues proactively.
• Support new product introduction by ensuring tooling readiness aligns with project timelines.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and value engineering initiatives.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, tooling databases, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate tooling trials, first article reviews, and supplier corrective actions where needed.
• Partner with finance and operations to manage budgets, and cost reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Knowledge in PO process

• Ensure Schedules to supplier
• Knowledge in SAP
• Knowledge in inventory analysis and inventory control
