Job Description
As Industrialization Engineer you will report to Production Engineering Analyst Team Leader
Your Responsibilities:
- Under general direction, supports the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility following the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes.
- Work with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability.
- Develop and processes associated documentation, estimates manufacturing cost, and initiate execution of prototype and pilot activities.
- Work on issues of diverse scope where requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
- May lead small special project teams within or external to the Industrialization group.
- You will understand PCB assembly and manufacturing processes and constraints.
- You will have understanding of design for manufacturing and design for compliance methodologies associated with printed circuit board assembly.
- You will be proficient in IPC-A-610 and soldering processes.
- You will also be knowledgeable about coatings, underfill, and manufacturing test.
- Additionally, you will be experienced in high density designs, through hole and surface mount technologies, board stackup and pad designs, and design rules.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Desired Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree or education (minimum Technical High School degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Professional work background in electronics or related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of New Product Introduction process.
- Knowledge of Project Management, Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA), and Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Transactions in an Enterprise Resource Planning system SAP.
- Good written and verbal communications in English.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office programs.

The salary range for this position is between 33 520,00 - 50 280,00 EUR Annual this includes all bonsues.
