Job Description:

Position Title: Ends Mechanical (shifts) 

Reports to: Ends Mechanical Team Leader

Mission

To maintain the mechanical equipment of the plant in a good condition to produce ends of high quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Operating, maintaining  and inspecting utilities equipment i.e. Air compressors and Air Dryers,  Vacuum pumps,  Gas supply (including LPG evaporators and tanks),  Water supply (including well pump, water tank and pump room), Hot water supply, LPG Boilers, Cooling Water Supply, cooling towers, water chillers, lacquer supply, fire tank supply and fire-pump room  etc.
• Maintaining the production equipment for cans and ends departments i.e. Motors, Gearboxes,  Clutches etc .
• Operating and maintaining Plant safety fire-fighting equipment
