Job Description

• Develop and execute employee engagement and well-being strategies aligned with business and people priorities. 
• Lead employee engagement surveys, analyze insights, and provide actionable recommendations to management. 
• Drive organization-wide engagement action plans and monitor implementation effectiveness. 
• Provide engagement consultation and best practices to HR and business stakeholders. 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver employee experience and well-being initiatives. 
• Govern team-building programs, stakeholder communications, and engagement-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. 
• 7-10 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, OD, HRBP, or related HR functions. 
• Proven experience in driving organizational engagement, well-being, or change initiatives. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate employee insights into business actions. 
• Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills. 
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a large, matrix organization.
