For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Pricing Specialist.
The Pricing Specialist has a solid quantitative background, a strong interest in economic and commercial analysis, and the ability to work with complex data.
They combine analytical precision with the ability to clearly communicate results to stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
The position is suitable for a young professional or recent graduate wishing to develop specialized pricing skills within an international, technologically advanced industrial company.
Experience in the aerospace or helicopter industry is an advantage, but is not a prerequisite for this position.
2. Main Responsibilities
2.1 Sales Support
- Support the preparation of commercial offers and quotations.
- Support the analysis of product configurations and customizations.
- Collaborate in analyzing the profitability of commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to the economic evaluation of components, options, and services.
- Support market analyses and price benchmarking, where available.
2.2 Pricing Analysis
- Support the definition and updating of price lists.
- Support the definition of sales prices based on costs, product value, and commercial conditions.
- Perform scenario analyses (what-ifs) and pricing simulations.
- Monitor variances between target pricing, applied pricing, and actual results.
2.2 Data Analysis e Reporting
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various company sources.
- Analyze historical trends and identify anomalies or significant variations.
3. Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines:
• Economics;
• Management Engineering;
• Industrial Engineering;
• Business Analytics;
4. Technical Skills
Pricing and Economic Analysis
- Understanding of the main pricing concepts.
- Gap analysis.
- Scenario analysis.
Data Analysis
- Data collection and consolidation.
- Dataset analysis.
- Identifying trends and anomalies.
- Reporting and KPI production.
- Data quality validation and control.
5. Computer Skills
Microsoft Excel – Intermediate/Advanced level
The candidate must be able to use:
- Search and aggregation formulas;
- Logical functions;
- XLOOKUP or equivalent (plus)
- Pivot tables;
- Charts and reporting tools;
- Scenario analysis;

How does the selection process work?
Following the application collection phase, the CVs that best match the required qualifications will be evaluated and shortlisted.
