Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Melides – Portugal.  It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.


The Electro Mechanical is a team member of the HOA Department. He/she is responsible for completing maintenance jobs in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.

What you will do?

-Keep generator, lighting, and electrical systems in working order;

-Diagnose problems and then repair/replace defective parts;

-Need to act quickly when a breakdown occurs, must be able to tell management whether the problem can be corrected and whether business can continue as usual;

-If regular activities must be stopped, the electrician will have to estimate how long a shutdown will last;

-Make periodic inspection for new electrical services (220v and three phase), including wiring, pumps, conduit, panels, breakers, contractors, relays, timers and controls;

-Performs electrical maintenance and repair work; install/replace fixtures, switches, receptacles and wiring;

-Operates a variety of standard power tools, equipment and trenchers in electrical installations, maintenance and repair activities on a regular basis;

-Other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Minimum 9th year of schooling;

Minimum 5 years demonstrated electrical experience;

Electrician qualification certificate;

Proven work experience as a Maintenance Electrician;

Familiarity with industrial electrical systems and the National Electrical Code;

Good problem-solving skills.
