Akaysha build, own, and operate our assets, we don’t hand a project to someone else once it’s approved. The people who design a battery site are the same people who build it and run it for the next twenty years.
You’ll join our Development Engineering team, and act as one of our technical experts on BESS and PCS Technologies. You will drive decisions play a key role in shaping Akaysha's approach to technology procurement across its international project portfolio.
What you'll do
- Lead the technical direction of utility-scale BESS projects, from design reviews through to Investment Committee approval.
- Own OEM engagement, supplier selection and contract technical evaluations across batteries, PCS and key project technologies.
- Drive techno-commercial assessments, pricing strategies and bid responses that shape the future of our portfolio.
- Build and maintain the engineering tools, standards and technical governance that enable Akaysha to scale globally.
