Your role and responsibilities

-Providing technical support to OEM channel sales with confidence and professionalism in the quotation process.

-Proposing technical solutions for complex enquiries by coordinating with internal functions such as R&D, SCM, production support team, etc.

-Coordinating technical clarification during the order hand over procedure.

-Sign general technical agreement with OEM channel customers and carry out continuous maintenance.

-Giving product suggestions, technical and experienced inputs to product management team and R&D.

-Developing and implementing technical training for employees and sales organization.

-Visit customers from time to time and communicate with them.

Qualifications for the role

-Bachelor or above,  major in electrical engineer, automation or other related.

-More than 3 years’ experience about mechanical design.

-Have the knowledge of electrical machine. Familiar with the process of manufacture.

-Familiar with electromagnetic design of electrical machine.

-Good mechanical technology background.

-Have knowledge in machining, sheet steel, casting, welding, stamping, surface treatment manufacturing process.

-Strong ability to solve the problem.

-Good English.
