About the job
• Design and build engaging eLearning modules for a range of learning and development initiatives, from onboarding and compliance to leadership and functional skills.
• Develop and maintain eLearning content that supports the continuous upskilling of Workday capabilities across the organization.
• Apply instructional design principles to turn complex topics into clear, structured, learner-friendly experiences.
• Administer and maintain our learning management system (LMS365): manage courses and catalogues, user accounts and permissions, enrolments, learning paths, and certificates.
• Keep the platform healthy and current: handle configuration, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT and the vendor on issues and updates.
• Provide administrative and first-line support to stakeholders and learners: respond to requests, set up training, resolve access and content questions, and keep records accurate.
• Build and run reports and dashboards on learning activity, completion, and compliance, and share clear updates with the teams that need them.
• Apply sound graphic design and UI/UX principles so content is visually clear, on brand, and easy to navigate.
• Manage stakeholders across the business: gather requirements, align with project owners, and keep people informed on progress.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and operational teams so both content and platform reflect real business needs.
• Manage your own workload across content projects and ongoing platform tasks, balancing priorities and deadlines with limited supervision.
About you
Must-have
• At least three years of relevant experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or learning platform administration, ideally in logistics, technology, HR, or organizational development.
• Hands-on proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), with work samples you can share.
• Direct experience administering LMS365 specifically, including user, course, and reporting administration.
• Solid grounding in instructional design and structuring content for adult learners.
• A good eye for graphic design, UI, and UX, and the ability to produce clean, accessible material.
• Strong project, time, and workload management, with a track record of juggling content work and day-to-day platform tasks.
• Confident stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and a service-minded approach to supporting learners.
• Genuine curiosity and the ability to learn new tools, topics, and systems quickly.
• Professional written and spoken English, since you will work with colleagues across regions.

Nice-to-have
• Practical experience building or maintaining Workday training content, or familiarity with the Workday platform.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (such as WCAG) and SCORM or xAPI publishing.
• Exposure to a global or multi-site organization.
What success looks like after one year
• A steady stream of eLearning modules designed, built, and released on time for the priority L&D initiatives.
• Workday upskilling content is live, widely used, and kept current.
• LMS365 runs smoothly: content, users, and enrollments are well organized, and issues are resolved quickly.
• Stakeholders and learners get fast, reliable support and see this person as their go-to for anything learning related.
• Reporting on completion and compliance is accurate, regular, and trusted by the teams that rely on it.
• Content is clear, accessible, on brand, and rarely needs rework after release.
• A more structured, repeatable way of building content and running the platform is in place.
• Learning content is rolled out smoothly and consistently across the relevant regions and teams.
