EJECUTIVO/A DE CUENTAS – GCG Uruguay En Goddard Catering Group (GCG) buscamos un/a Ejecutivo/a de Cuentas para liderar la gestión integral de un servicio gastronómico, asegurando un servicio de calidad, el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria y una relación cercana con el cliente.

Principales responsabilidades: - Planificar el menú semanal junto al Cocinero, definiendo sabores, porciones y control de la línea de servicio. - Mantener una relación fluida y proactiva con el cliente, dando respuesta a sus consultas y proponiendo mejoras. - Organizar y supervisar las tareas diarias del equipo de cocina y atención. - Gestionar pedidos de materia prima y el seguimiento de proveedores. - Controlar costos, inventario y remitos, y definir precios y productos para la venta, en línea con el presupuesto. - Elaborar presupuestos para servicios puntuales (coffee breaks, eventos, etc.). - Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad alimentaria (HACCP, etiquetado, control de vencimientos) y participar en auditorías junto al área de Seguridad Alimentaria. - Reportar a la Gerencia el análisis de resultados del servicio y proponer acciones de mejora. - Participar en la selección, capacitación y evaluación del equipo junto a RRHH.

Requisitos: - Licenciatura en Nutrición (se valorará también formación en Gastronomía u Hotelería). - Experiencia mínima de 2 años como encargado/a de servicio gastronómico o en roles similares. - Conocimientos en costeo de productos, rendimientos y manejo de equipos. - Manejo de Excel.
