What you’ll do
 Regulatory Compliance: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of environmental, safety, and health programs ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company SHE policies including OSHA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Advise employees and management on minimizing workplace risks.
 Safety Culture Establishment: Maintain and update EHS manuals, training materials, and orientation programs. Communicate safety guidelines effectively to all employees to foster a strong safety culture.
 Gemba Walks and Site Engagement: Conduct regular Gemba walks at two manufacturing sites to identify hazards, engage frontline employees, verify compliance, and drive continuous safety improvements.
 Reporting and Analysis: Analyze EHS data to evaluate safety and environmental practices, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Facilitate bi-weekly EHS meetings and review audit results with teams.
 Training and Induction: Support new hire safety inductions and manage training programs to ensure all employees meet OSHA and company safety standards.
 Collaboration and Support: Assist site leadership with legal and legislative requirements, internal audits, and ISO certification processes.
 Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and managing related certifications
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and manufacturing safety practices
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with safety responsibilities
• Ability to conduct safety training and support compliance audits

Nice-to-haves:
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and collaboration with quality management teams
• Spanish language skills to support diverse workforce communication
• Understanding of MSHA requirements and Title 5 air quality permits
• Experience with internal audit processes and safety culture development
