Job Description:

This EHS position supports daytoday occupational safety and health (OSH) activities to ensure regulatory compliance and effective implementation of EHS programs. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, programs, and procedures on workplace safety, emergency response.  

  • Occupational Environment Monitoring. (Noise, Industrial Waste, Industrial Waste Water)  

  • Identify potential environmental, health, and safety hazards within the workplace and conduct risk assessments to evaluate and mitigate risks. 

  • Prepare regular EHS Reports with findings and recommendations.  

  • Track and improve EHS related data.  

  • Execute EHS related Training, Documentation, and Maintain Records.  

  • Promote safety and health awareness to strengthen employee engagement and participation. 

  • Safety Management include but not limited to chemical safety management, fire protection safety management, lab safety, Incident investigation. 

  • Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and laws. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree or above with 3+ plus years' experience related to EHS. 

  • Strong knowledge of occupational safety and health principles and practices. (CNS 45001/ ISO45001) 

  • Familiarity with Taiwan OSH regulations and reporting requirements 

  • Semiconductor OSAT and chemical plant EHS experience strongly preferred 

  • Strong execution, ownership, and accountability 

  • EHS-related certifications (e.g., Safety Officer, Occupational Safety & Health Manager) <乙級安全衛生管理員,甲種職業安全衛生業務主管,職業衛生管理師>
