To thrive as a Foreperson, EH&S, you’ll bring energy, guidance, and a passion for safety and learning to drive impactful training and continuous improvement across operations! This role fosters a culture where safety, compliance, and development are at the forefront - supporting both new hires and tenured employees with engaging, hands-on training experiences. 

In this role, you will lead safety and operational training initiatives, manage compliance programs, and partner across teams to ensure a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining regulatory standards, driving continuous improvement efforts, and empowering employees with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed every day. 

Here's what we’re looking for :  

• A completed high school education is required; education in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Operations is preferred 

• 2 years of experience in safety roles (e.g., EHS Technician, Safety Coordinator, or similar roles in manufacturing or warehouse environments) 

• Experience in troubleshooting and solving problems involving routine operation and maintenance of the bailing, labeling and sticker machines.   

• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and DOT regulations, with hands-on application experience 

• Proven ability to lead training programs in both classroom and manufacturing environments 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams 

• Proficiency in systems and data management (SAP experience preferred) and strong computer skills 

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and operational issues, ensuring efficient and safe performance 

• Detail-oriented mindset with experience managing SOPs, JHAs, audits, and compliance documentation 

Here is What We Offer You:  

• Team members will receive a $0.50/hr increase at 6 months of employment and a $0.50/hr increase at one year of employment.  

• Any shift that starts from 12 PM or later (off-shifts) also receives a $3/hr shift differential. 

• Quarterly and holiday bonuses are available.  

• Accrue 15 paid days of vacation time off the first year plus 5 days of sick time off.
