About the role:

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products that help people create faster and explore what is possible with generative AI. As the product grows, we want educational content to become one of the main ways people discover our tools, understand what they can do, and learn how to get the most out of them - and we're building this function from the ground up.

As our Educational Content Producer, you will own the creation of educational content around Creative Fabrica's AI products. This is a hands-on role: you won't simply receive briefs and execute them. You'll use the product yourself, find interesting workflows and use cases, develop content ideas, and turn them into educational content that people actually want to watch - product tutorials, workflows, demonstrations, launch content and recurring educational formats, created in close collaboration with our product, product marketing and creative teams.

We're not looking to build a traditional tutorial library. The goal is content that is genuinely useful while also being compelling enough to earn attention and distribution. You'll have significant freedom to experiment with topics, formats, hooks and creative approaches - and we expect you to develop a strong understanding of what our audience cares about, learn from performance data, and continuously improve what we produce.

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

What you will do: 

• Own content end to end - take educational content from initial idea through scripting, recording, production and publication
• Become an expert user - master our AI products and continuously discover interesting workflows, use cases and creative possibilities worth sharing
• Turn features into stories - translate new features and technical capabilities into tutorials, walkthroughs, demonstrations and use-case videos that are simple, practical and engaging
• Write scripts that hold attention - develop strong hooks, structures and narratives that keep educational content engaging from first second to last
• Record and present - create screen recordings, product demonstrations and voiceovers, and present content on camera where appropriate
• Support every launch - work with Product Marketing to determine what educational content should support each new product and feature launch
• Think multi-channel - develop content concepts that work across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, email, landing pages and other distribution channels
• Build formats that scale - work closely with our Video Editor, Motion Designers and Graphic Designer, and create repeatable formats and production workflows that significantly increase our content volume
• Learn from the data - test topics, hooks, formats and lengths, identify what performs, and systematically create follow-ups and variations around winners
• Stay ahead of AI - track developments in generative AI and spot new trends, workflows and topics our audience should know about

What you will need: 

• 2-3 years of content production experience - in educational content, social content, product content or a similar role
• Scripting and storytelling skills - a strong grasp of hooks, pacing, retention and what makes digital video engaging, with excellent written and spoken English
• Production capability - comfortable creating screen recordings, product demonstrations and voiceovers yourself
• Idea-to-publish ownership - experience taking content from concept through production, not just executing predefined briefs, and judging what will genuinely interest an audience
• Data-informed instincts - comfortable using content analytics to evaluate performance and improve future work
• High velocity, low ego - you produce fast, prioritise shipping over endless polishing, experiment freely, and stay receptive to feedback and performance data
• Genuine AI curiosity - a strong interest in AI products and the ability to quickly learn new technology

Nice to have: 

• AI or tech content experience - you've created content about AI, SaaS, software or creative technology, or have hands-on experience with generative AI tools
• Channel growth - you've grown a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or other content channel, or created successful tutorial content
• Editing chops - basic video editing or motion-design skills, with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or Figma
• On-camera presence - you're strong and natural in front of the camera
