About this E-commerce Manager → Loyalty Lead role at Limepack ApS
Do you enjoy finding the biggest commercial opportunities, improving customer journeys, and turning data into initiatives that drive measurable growth? Keep reading!
At Limepack, E-commerce is at the heart of how we acquire and convert customers across Europe. As we grow, we see significant potential to improve the customer journey and webshop performance across our markets, while becoming much better at what happens after the first purchase: building stronger relationships, increasing repeat purchases, and growing customer lifetime value.
With our current E-commerce Manager going on maternity leave, this role has a unique starting point. You’ll initially take ownership of E-commerce growth and customer journey optimisation, but this is not simply a 10–12 month maternity cover. The role is designed to evolve with you: over time, your focus will shift towards becoming Limepack’s Loyalty Lead, taking long-term ownership of Post-Purchase, CRM & Lifecycle.
This is a role for someone who combines commercial thinking with strong execution. You’ll use data to identify where the biggest opportunities are, set priorities, and drive initiatives across teams, taking responsibility for turning ideas into measurable results.
📋 Your responsibilities and impact
Your focus will evolve as you grow into the role: starting with E-commerce and gradually taking ownership of Loyalty, CRM, Email and Lifecycle.
- Grow E-commerce performance: Own and improve webshop conversion, customer journeys, AOV and revenue across markets. Identify the biggest opportunities and turn them into scalable improvements.
- Lead and collaborate across our tech setup: For the first 10–12 months, you will lead Alexander, our UX/Frontend Developer, who will report to you, while you report to Ane, our CCO. You will also work closely with our two Backend Developers and external partners to bring initiatives from idea to implementation.
- Turn data into priorities: Use customer and commercial data to understand where we should focus, build a clear roadmap, and follow up on the KPIs that matter.
- Drive projects from idea to impact: Lead high-impact initiatives across teams, create clear ownership, and make sure the right people and resources come together to deliver on time.
- Build for scale: Look beyond one-off improvements and create solutions that can work effectively across Limepack’s European markets.
- Build our Loyalty engine: After 10-12 months, own and improve the customer journey beyond the first purchase across Post-Purchase, CRM, Email and Lifecycle. Build stronger customer relationships, increase repeat purchases and grow customer lifetime value.
What success looks like: Within your first 12 months, you’ll aim to increase webshop conversion by 30%, help deliver our 2027 E-commerce revenue target of 40M in new business, and establish clear ownership and priorities for Loyalty. Longer term, you’ll drive improvements in repeat purchase rate, CLV and lifecycle revenue, including increasing first-to-second-purchase retention from 40% to 50%.
Requirements
👉 Who you are
- You think commercially: You naturally look for the opportunities that will have the biggest impact on revenue and customer value, rather than simply working through a list of tasks.
- You are analytical and curious: You enjoy digging into data, understanding what customers are doing, and using those insights to decide what to improve next.
- You make things happen: You take ownership from opportunity to execution, create structure around projects, and follow through until the result is delivered.
- You are always looking for a better way: You enjoy improving customer journeys, processes and systems and think about how solutions can be scaled rather than solving the same problem repeatedly.
- You are strong across teams: You’re comfortable driving projects through people you don’t directly manage, aligning different stakeholders, and creating clarity around priorities and ownership.
🎓 Your experience
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong combination of E-commerce experience, commercial thinking, analytical skills and project ownership.
- You have 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in E-commerce, digital growth, CRO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a similar commercially focused role.
- You have owned E-commerce performance and can point to measurable commercial results you personally helped create.
- You have hands-on experience with CRO and customer journey optimisation and know how to turn insights into improvements.
- You are strong with data, prioritization and project management, and are comfortable coordinating initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM, lifecycle, retention or multi-market E-commerce is a strong advantage.
