THE WORK:

The ideal candidate combines strong business consulting skills with hands-on knowledge of leading e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Shopify.

• Advise clients on e-commerce strategy, operating models, and digital commerce transformation initiatives.
• Analyze current business processes and define future-state e-commerce processes and customer journeys.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
• Evaluate, compare, and recommend e-commerce platforms and technology vendors based on business needs.
• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including: Requirements gathering, Solution design, Configuration oversight, Testing and user acceptance, Deployment and hypercare support
• Collaborate with technical teams, system integrators, and business stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Support change management, user training, and process adoption activities.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce consulting, digital commerce transformation, or commerce platform implementation.
• Strong knowledge of one or more leading e-commerce platforms: Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify
• Experience defining and optimizing e-commerce business processes.
• Proven experience participating in or leading platform implementation projects.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience preparing business cases, requirements documentation, and solution recommendations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• German language skills would be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, customer experience, and omnichannel commerce solutions.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.

• Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.   
• The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances.
