WORK HOURS: 

Monday – Friday; 3:00pm - 11:30pm  

• Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

As a Production Associate, this role is responsible for the general operations and preparation of orders to be processed by Operators. The Production Associate responds to work orders, set up, troubleshoots missing items and performs direct physical activity to complete preparation of work order in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for receiving the work orders, observe specifications and prepares and stages garments for shipping.
• Accurately counts and documents proper sizes and colors of garments are all present before items are Final QC & shipped.
• Responsible for quality and quantality counts in shipment packages.
• Ensures work area is cleaned during their shift and before shift end, including sweeping,   leaving work station organized, and emptying trash.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• Must have the ability to follow instruction and have an eye for precision.
• Learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance.
• Candidates are required to differentiate and coordinate colors.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Physical requirements include standing for long periods of time (8 hours minimally),

repetitive movement of the body, lifting of no less than 5-35 lbs. on a regular basis and

must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate controlled environment (including

seasonal exposure to heat and humidity). Must be able to push/pull 15-35lbs frequently
