About Your Workplace

Join Miele’s Logistics team and become an important part of the customer journey, ensuring our premium products arrive safely, on time and ready for use. As a Driver / Installer, you'll represent the Miele brand every time you’re on the road, delivering products to our business partners and providing professional, courteous service at every interaction.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being active, working independently and meeting customers while taking pride in delivering a high-quality service.

Your Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport and deliver Miele products to business partners in line with planned routes and schedules

• Collect and return goods to Miele as required, ensuring products are handled with care

• Complete appliance installations and removal of existing appliances where required

• Provide professional and courteous customer service that reflects the Miele brand

• Complete all required transport and delivery documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain a strong focus on on-time delivery, minimising transport damage and incomplete deliveries

• Work collaboratively with Miele teams, business partners and logistics providers to ensure smooth delivery operations

What We Are Looking For

Must-have

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent time management and ability to work to delivery schedules

• Good spatial awareness and confidence working independently

• Ability to undertake manual handling duties

• Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach to work

Nice-to-have

• Final-mile delivery experience

• Relevant truck, forklift, manual handling, dangerous goods or electrical licences

• Experience with appliance delivery or installation

• Basic computer skills and confidence learning systems such as SAP or similar
