Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- You adhere to company policies and procedures and all safety and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, Company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements as required within your location.
- The primary purpose of this job is to perform full range of administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature. Coordinates and processes documentation relating to process, procedural and design changes that affect parts and assemblies.
- Organizes and maintains files and records, following up on pending matters.
- Prepares special reports, gathering information and summarizing data.
- Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor’s office. Initiates follow-up action.
- Prepares change request for Change Requests (CRs) and maintains records of same.
- Provides and obtains information from other personnel or outside representatives for routine inquiries or periodic reports.
- Issues, expedites and maintains control of final and revised prototype and production release documents.
- Assists in preparation and generation of various documents such as Bill of Materials, routings, Standard Operating Procedures and other associated process documentation.
- Manages and maintains electronic engineering documentation and data systems.
- Performs a variety of administrative support for the quality department.
- Performs other functions as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
What sets you apart:
- Minimum Education: Two-year degree in technical field or business
- Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of experience OR high school graduate (equivalent) with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Special Skills: Strong computer skills. Previous experience in Engineering Documentation Control Systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Range $42,075.00 - $61,710.00
