Your aim will be to drive the success of your district by maximizing sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and developing high-performing teams. You will work closely with store management to implement the company’s strategy, optimize operations and product management, and inspire teams to achieve outstanding commercial results
Flexibility to travel regularly and mobility across the Netherlands and Belgium.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of retail stores, including marketing, purchasing, pricing, and store appearance in a defined geographical area.
Implement organization's policies and procedures to achieve financial, budgetary, and operational objectives.
Oversee sales, controllable expenses, cash management, and inventory control.
Manage loss prevention and ensure the correct appearance of the stores.
Coordinate and facilitate the work of the store teams, ensuring the achievement of objectives and the development of team members.
Previous experience and training:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail store management.
Previous experience in profit and loss management, marketing, purchasing, and pricing.
Higher education, preferably with master's studies in related areas.
Experience in sales supervision, inventory control, and loss prevention.
Experience in implementing organizational policies and procedures to achieve financial and operational objectives.
