About this Dispatcher role at Emery Sapp & Sons
CONSTRUCTION DISPATCHER
Rummel Construction, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher. The individual will have responsibility for coordinating delivery of parts and accessories for our equipment repairs to meet production demands. Strong communication and a sense of urgency is essential, since this position works closely with several departments and positions, such as purchasing agents, parts runners, maintenance supervisors and mechanics. This is a safety sensitive position that may require loading/unloading materials and supplies ranging from 10 to 50 lbs and operating a company forklift and company vehicle locally.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an equivalent position.
· Knowledge of the Phoenix metro area
· Strong time management, organization, and computer skills.
· Relationship management/negotiation skills
· Willing and able to work on night shift (approximately 1:30PM – 10:00PM).
· This position may require the safe operation of a company vehicle, must have clean Motor Vehicle Record
· Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
