Department Overview
Join our dynamic Transaction Processing & Optimization Team, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues. As a part of this team, you will have the opportunity to support inbound calls and assist internal and external customers with a wide range of inquiries, including order inquiries, warranty replacements, post-sale customer service, and service/repair requests.
Job Description
- Demonstrating an excellent service attitude and providing exceptional customer support.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Possessing strong communication skills and fluency in verbal communication.
- Utilizing your knowledge and skills to provide efficient telephone support to customers.
- Conducting diagnosis and troubleshooting of equipment and failures.
- Providing support to staff members through telephone assistance.

Basic Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- High School Diploma, GED, or Certificado de Preparatoria.
- At least 1 year of experience, will be a plus previous experience in inbound call centers.
- Willingness to work from Monday to Friday (7:00 am-5:00 pm)
- Availability to work in Reynosa, from Industrial Rio Bravo Suite B Parque Industrial del Norte 88730 Reynosa, TAM.
