OVERALL ROLE

Leadership role managing the implementation, upgrade, or customization of the PeopleSoft software OnPrem or Cloud. Partnering with Finance, HR, HR technology, business and consultants managing multiple Workstreams and concurrent projects from planning and initiation to execution and closure and assume full accountability and timely delivery. Defining, administering, coordinating, and prioritizing project tasks, timeline management, and provide regular status updates and communication to project sponsors, senior managements, PMOs, and steering committees. Full oversight and responsibility of project schedules and plans, benchmark metrics, MI, communication, documents, memos, and dissemination of project information to stakeholders and internal project teams.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leadership
  • Provide Functional Direction and oversight to a team working on various projects on implementation strategies, transformations, and policies and performing the day-to-day duties. At times will delegate tasks to the functional reports.
  • Responsible for managing staff performance and provide guidance, advice, structure, and directions
  • Exercise discretion in various meetings, committees, and associations on behalf of our company.
  • Act independently to make final decisions on scope and change and use discretions to balance anticipated and mitigating project risks.
  • Managing the associated support and change control framework related to various projects and initiatives from infrastructure to application integration.
  • Functioning at senor level within the organization, reporting directly to Senior Director Information Systems Engineering.

• Client/Stakeholder Management
  • Co-ordinate project dependencies and collaborate with external customers (Finance and Business), vendors as needed, and consultants to organize, convene and document regular cross/multiple work steams and internal projects meetings throughout all phases of the projects
  • Establishing deadlines and ensure projects are on tracks
  • Ensure the project is implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements including scope management, change management, estimations of scope change impacts (e.g., timelines and cost) and project resources.

• Driving Team Success and operational excellence
  • Apart from technical aspects of the role, create a culture of collaboration, innovation from RPA, automation to ML/AI, positive learning, continuous learning, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
  • Identify team’s strengths and improvement areas, leading them to excellence through feedback, coaching and recognition
  • Heart of the team resolving conflicts among members and ensuring that respect for individual differences, promote and embrace DEI.
  • Most important, lay the ground for the future, ensuring we have the next generation ready to move up (or cross) and fill roles at the company.
• Seasoned Expert
  • Close to 20 years’ experience with PeopleSoft application from implementation to upgrade including utilizing the application in operational state.
  •  Global experience with great Technology Solution delivery experience implementing PeopleSoft in EMEA, AsiaPac, Americas and LATAM countries.
  • In-depth knowledge and provide solution options and advises coupled with deep accounting, statutory and regulatory knowledge which will add value to the application, business and finance process including any proposed modification or configuration changes.
  • Facilitating and assisting in the planning and management of technological change globally with most complex operational needs and highest strategic important.
• Skill and Job Competencies
  • Firm knowledge of accounting, statutory and PeopleSoft functional application
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with executive level internal and external
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to always communicate professionally
  • Highly organized & detailed-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to excel working within a team structure and independently.

Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
