About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Revenue Marketing to own pipeline growth and marketing operations on a regional scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing account-based strategies to drive revenue for our enterprise and mid-market go-to-market motion.
Your contribution will be:
Americas Revenue Marketing Strategy & Pipeline Ownership
- Own the Americas marketing pipeline targets, with accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing contribution, and pipeline performance.
- Develop and execute regional revenue marketing plans aligned with Americas sales priorities, business objectives, and revenue targets.
- Partner closely with Americas Sales leadership to identify pipeline gaps by segment, product, geography, and customer type, and develop focused programs to address them.
- Drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs supporting new logo acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and customer expansion.
- Develop account-based and targeted marketing programs for priority accounts, industries, and strategic opportunities.
- Balance near-term pipeline requirements with programs that build sustainable demand and long-term growth.
Regional & Field Marketing Leadership
- Lead regional and field marketing resources, establishing clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability.
- Develop and execute regional marketing plans that reflect local market dynamics while aligning to global messaging and campaign priorities.
- Partner with regional Sales leaders on territory planning, account targeting, field events, executive engagement, and sales plays.
- Ensure regional marketing investments are focused on programs with clear business objectives and measurable pipeline impact.
- Create consistency in field marketing planning, execution, reporting, and performance management.
- Foster strong alignment and collaboration between regional marketing, global campaign management, and the broader marketing organization.
Global Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Lead the Global Campaign Manager responsible for planning, orchestrating, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across global markets.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, product launches, and solution priorities into integrated, actionable campaign strategies.
- Develop scalable global campaign frameworks that can be adapted and activated by regional marketing teams.
- Establish clear campaign briefs, objectives, target audiences, channel strategies, execution plans, and success metrics.
- Coordinate campaign planning and execution across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, regional teams, and Sales.
- Ensure global campaigns are consistently executed, measured, and optimized across regions.
- Drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness, speed to market, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Digital & Paid Media Partnership
- Partner closely with the Digital Marketing team to align paid media, website conversion, digital programs, and campaign strategies with revenue marketing priorities.
- Collaborate on audience targeting, campaign messaging, channel selection, budget allocation, and performance optimization.
- Ensure digital and paid media programs support Americas pipeline targets and global campaign objectives.
- Establish shared performance metrics and regular reviews to optimize the full buyer journey, from engagement through opportunity creation.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign tracking, attribution, lead management, and reporting are consistent and actionable.
Pipeline Performance & Operational Excellence
- Establish a consistent operating cadence with Sales and Marketing leadership to review pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and areas requiring action.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators including marketing-sourced pipeline, marketing-influenced pipeline, lead-to-opportunity conversion, pipeline velocity, cost per opportunity, and campaign ROI.
- Use data to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make informed investment decisions.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Marketing Operations on funnel measurement, attribution, reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
- Manage regional revenue marketing budgets, prioritizing investments based on pipeline impact and return on investment.
- Provide clear, actionable performance updates and recommendations to marketing and sales leadership.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing regional revenue marketing team and Global Campaign Manager.
- Create clarity around responsibilities, priorities, deliverables, and success measures.
- Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Drive operational discipline while maintaining the agility needed to respond to evolving market conditions and business priorities.
To be successful, we think you need:
Required
- 8–12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with significant experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, and regional or field marketing.
- Proven success owning and delivering measurable marketing pipeline targets within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading regional or field marketing teams and managing integrated campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software go-to-market strategies, complex buying cycles, account-based marketing, and sales-led growth.
- Deep analytical skills and experience managing marketing performance against pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing investments.
- Experience building productive partnerships with Sales leadership and driving shared accountability for results.
- Proven ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations where digital, product marketing, and operations are managed by separate teams.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and marketing performance analytics.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
Preferred
- Experience in workflow automation, intelligent automation, low-code, or related enterprise software categories.
- Experience managing marketing programs across North America and Latin America.
- Experience in global marketing organizations with centralized campaign development and regional activation.
- Experience supporting both direct sales and partner-led go-to-market motions.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing, automation, and advanced campaign optimization.

Target Compensation Range (US ONLY): 185,000 - 275,000 USD annually. On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority. Nintex also offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, twelve paid holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and more.
