Role
We are looking for a Director of Data Engineering to join our team. This is a Hybrid (Ramat Gan) role, reporting to the VP Engineering - Lakehouse in the Exposure Management & Security Operations department. In this role, you will lead multiple data engineering teams driving the strategy, architecture, and operation of a high-scale, multi-tenant cybersecurity data platform.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Manage and mentor engineering managers and technical leads while aligning platform strategy with company goals and cross-functional partners
- Engineer, maintain, and scale core data pipelines and data platform infrastructure, designing reliable ETL and ELT flows across databases, APIs, event streams, business systems, and data lakes
- Oversee platform reliability, cost optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise-grade observability
- Build scalable data solutions for internal teams as well as external, user-facing products
- Partner with business teams, product stakeholders, and support teams to transform data needs into robust self-serve analytics and AI-assisted insights

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and ETL/ELT pipeline orchestration
- Mastery of distributed systems, cloud data architecture, and orchestration frameworks
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for business leaders
- Experience in B2B, SaaS companies
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Deep experience with multi-tenant data platforms on large scale data sets
- Experience with modern query engines such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Trino, or Spark
- Security domain and cybersecurity data experience
