Services priorities, customer insight and market opportunity into clear portfolio choices, disciplined roadmaps and measurable business results.

This leader will shape the next phase of Learning Services growth by modernizing the digital learning experience, scaling enterprise and role-based programs, increasing attachment to new product introductions and service offerings, and advancing bundled, subscription and recurring business models. The role balances performance of today's portfolio with transformation through digital learning, AI-enabled experiences, strategic partnerships and new business models.

The successful candidate will be an enterprise-minded, customer-first product and services leader who can simplify complexity, develop high-performing global teams, influence senior stakeholders and translate market insight into commercial action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global Learning Services organization across CrossLab Start Up, Education and Method Consulting portfolios, aligning people, investment and priorities across multiple disciplines and geographies.
  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans that translate organizational priorities, customer needs, market trends and competitive insights into portfolio choices, roadmaps, resource plans and measurable objectives.
  • Own portfolio business performance, including order growth, profitability, customer adoption, attach rates and other key performance indicators; use business and customer insights to prioritize investment and corrective actions.
  • Drive modernization of the Learning Services business model and digital experience, including scalable enterprise programs, subscription and bundled offers, role-based learning pathways, AI-enabled experiences, and platform capabilities that make learning easier to find, buy and consume.
  • Create organizational clarity by defining accountability, delegating effectively and empowering decision making at the appropriate level.
  • Provide visible enterprise leadership through clear communication, sound judgment and accountability; challenge the status quo and mobilize stakeholders around decisions, priorities and results.
  • Build, develop and retain a high-performing, inclusive global team; strengthen leadership capability, address capability gaps and foster an environment of learning, experimentation and constructive challenge.
  • Increase customer adoption and time to value by integrating Learning Services into critical new product introductions, customer onboarding and service-contract value propositions.
  • Maintain roadmap integrity, timelines and commitments to business results. Resolve conflicting priorities and complex challenges, remove barriers and adjust course when business needs change.
  • Build scalable commercial and delivery models that enable Learning Services to grow across regions, customer segments and technology portfolios while maintaining consistent customer experience and sustainable growth.
  • Ensure voice-of-customer, market and regional needs are reflected in Services strategic planning. Build relationships with customers and external partners to identify opportunities and validate solutions.

  • 8+ years of broad and in-depth knowledge of product management, services, learning solutions or related functional areas, with demonstrated ability to connect business strategy to executable plans.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated people-management experience, including selecting, coaching, developing and retaining talent, combined with significant experience leading complex cross-functional programs.

  • Demonstrated experience in several of the following areas: customer learning, technical education, consulting services, learning platforms, subscription learning, enterprise programs or AI-enabled content development.
  • Experience with life science and analytical instrumentation, software, laboratory workflows or related services.
  • Strong customer and market orientation, with experience gathering insight from global customers, regional stakeholders and commercial teams and converting it into differentiated solutions.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners, communicate compellingly to varied audiences and make clear decisions with appropriate speed.
