About this Director, Government Affairs — China role at Marvell
About Marvell
Marvell’s semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.
At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.
Your Team, Your Impact
Marvell’s Government Affairs function ensures that a company whose silicon and networking technology powers the world’s largest AI data centers can operate, grow, and transact in markets where government relationships directly determine commercial outcomes. Without this team, Marvell cannot build the stakeholder credibility needed to clear regulatory review on strategic acquisitions, shape the policy environment in which it operates, or ensure that the officials governing its most important markets understand who Marvell is before a crisis or transaction forces the issue.Every day, this team works on the most consequential questions in technology policy: how a U.S. semiconductor company navigates U.S.-China technology competition while protecting its ability to serve Chinese customers; and how to build relationships with MIIT, NDRC, MOFCOM, and SAMR that translate into goodwill when it matters most. Marvell’s custom silicon and optical interconnects are the infrastructure that makes the AI revolution physically possible — and the decisions this team influences directly determine whether that technology reaches its potential in one of the world’s most important markets.
