All About The Role:
The B2B Services Development Director (Senior Managing Consultant) will be responsible for supporting awareness and understanding of Mastercard's Services capabilities in the B2B/Commercial area for EE Division through market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, knowledge sharing, and coordination with regional and global teams regarding consulting, digital transformation, insights, analytics, and marketing services.

Key responsibilities include:
• Together with existing team, support regional strategic planning by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and communicating market insights to regional and global leadership teams.
• Identify the most critical aspects of products / Client or market that are facing improvement opportunities and communicate findings to relevant regional or global stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Mastercard Services capabilities and facilitate the communication of information regarding such capabilities to internal stakeholders and regional teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders and senior client representatives to facilitate information exchange, market understanding, and communication with Mastercard regional teams.
• Coordinate with Mastercard regional and global teams to ensure effective market intelligence sharing, stakeholder communication, and project support, including managing external obstacles and maintaining leadership alignment and support.
• Partner with project teams to ensure project quality.
• Play a key role the development of market research, industry analysis, benchmarking studies, and internal reference materials, and provide analytical insights and information support to non-Turkish group entities regarding customer and market developments.
• Actively participate in training and developing others

All About You:
• Consulting experience from a top-rated consulting firm and/or business development experience in data-driven solutions.
• B2B Payments/banking expertise and experience supporting strategic discussions, market analysis, and knowledge-sharing initiatives involving financial institutions and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Turkish.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to work on a team or independently.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
