At BAYADA, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build confidence, strengthen everyday skills, and live more independently in the comfort of their own homes. Compensation & Schedule
- $16/hr
- Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
- Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required (18+)
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations based off clients needs
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
- Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area
What You’ll Do:
- Provide support with daily routines and personal care
- Help individuals build life skills and maintain independence
- Offer encouragement, consistency, and meaningful companionship
- Support engagement at home and within the community
