Job Summary
The Senior Director, Quality Technology leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technology solutions that support Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs (QARA). This role drives quality systems, data, analytics, and AI initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and alignment with enterprise technology strategies.Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Own the quality technology roadmap & AI strategy, defining the multi-year plan for the systems that support QARA and sequencing investment against business priorities and regulatory requirements
- Align the quality technology agenda with the broader enterprise technology strategy, partnering closely with Enterprise IT on architecture, integration, security, and shared platform decisions
- Lead selection, implementation, and rollout of quality systems, including requirements definition, vendor evaluation, business case development, configuration, data migration, and user adoption, ensuring systems are validated and maintained in a GxP compliant state
- Own the ongoing health of the quality technology landscape, including system maintenance, performance tracking against defined metrics, enhancement prioritization, and continuous improvement
- Own the quality data and reporting layer, delivering dashboards and analytics that support trending, management review, and decision making across QARA
- Lead the master data management team, defining and governing master data standards for products and related quality domains to ensure consistency and integrity across systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the functional area, including 5 years of management experience.
- Experience leading technology strategy, system implementations, and digital transformation initiatives in a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of GxP requirements, computerized system validation, data integrity, and quality management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic planning, communication, and change management skills.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$203,000.00 - $305,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
