Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Technical Engineer – Global Asset Management to configure, implement, and support Asset Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on delivering hands-on technical solutions across Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, SaaS License Management, Contract Management, and integrations with Discovery and CMDB. The successful candidate will contribute to automation, platform stability, asset data quality, and the continuous improvement of global Asset Management services.

Key Areas of Responsibility

•    Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow capabilities across the end-to-end Asset Management lifecycle, including request, procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, retirement, and disposal.
•    Configure and maintain ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities, including:
•    Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
•    Software Asset Management (SAM)
•    SaaS License Management
•    Contract Management
•    Discovery and CMDB integrations
•    Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, reports, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
•    Support the implementation and maintenance of integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, MID Server, Discovery, and CMDB.
•    Monitor and maintain asset data quality, governance, compliance, and audit readiness across the ServiceNow platform.
•    Support software licensing, SaaS subscription management, and asset lifecycle activities in collaboration with Procurement, Finance/FinOps, and vendor management teams.
•    Assist with contract administration, vendor coordination, asset reporting, and renewal tracking.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities, ensuring platform stability and performance.
•    Produce and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.

•    Certified System Administrator (CSA)

•    Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (SAM) (good to have)

•    ITIL Foundation Certification
•    IAITAM Certification (preferred)

Qualifications and Experience

•    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•    4 – 7 years of experience working with ServiceNow or a comparable Enterprise Service Management platform.
•    Minimum 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience with IT Asset Management processes and ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities
•    Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
•    Understanding of software licensing, asset lifecycle management, and hardware asset processes
