Objective:
As a Digital Platform Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the digital platform for our organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our digital platforms are optimized to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. This role will have primary responsibility for the management of support requests and resolution and take part in overall system support and testing in partnership with our product and development team.

Responsibilities:
 

• Take accountability for the resolution of support tickets and requests presented to the pci|bridge team from internal and external users. Interact with ITSM to manage ticket status and closures.
• Actively participate in the testing and verification of code and platform functionality by developing and/or executing IT Change Requests, creation and execution of UAT scripts, and developing or executing automated testing as required.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance to ensure successful releases and ongoing maintenance of digital platforms.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms and support the implementation of solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain familiarity with the various tech and software development tools (e.g., JIRA, Grafana, Honeycomb) and cyber security practices deployed for pci|bridge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital platforms are integrated with internal systems and data sources.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies related to digital platforms and make recommendations to improve our digital presence.
• Assist in maintaining technical documentation related to digital platforms, including system architecture, development methodologies, and testing strategies.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development of digital platforms.
• Adheres to established Agile software development practices.
• This position may require overtime and/or weekend work.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.
• Attendance to work is an essential function of this position
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

 Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.
• College Level Mathematical Skills
• Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.   
• Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
• Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.
• Strong Knowledge of web development technologies
