About the Role 

We are seeking a Digital Media Manager to join our Media team. 

This role will be responsible for Digital media planning and buying strategy and implementation, for several of our key clients. 

This role requires a strong knowledge of the UK media landscape, and proven experience in planning and buying media across Digital Display, Programmatic, Paid Social and PPC across full funnel strategies. 

The ideal candidate will be a confident and enthusiastic digital professional with a positive and energising personality, driven to apply their breadth of knowledge and learn in an ever-changing digital landscape. In doing so, the candidate will ensure Dewynters deliver best in class digital media for our clients. They’ll join a fast-paced and exciting environment to work across a portfolio of key clients, using their professional skills to make a vital contribution in growing and developing agency business 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Lead on digital media planning and buying for several of our key accounts. 
  • Manage multi-channel digital media buying and planning through all steps of the planning process from brief, partner evaluations, negotiations, and final execution. 
  • Work closely with Offline Managers and the Agency Insights team to build integrated and innovative plans, using smart data, creative and audience insights. 
  • Work closely with the Digital Performance Team to ensure clients objectives are met and clearly relayed. 
  • Establish and develop ongoing relationships with media suppliers and partners to access best opportunities and enhance the agency’s reputation. 
  • Build strong and meaningful relationships with our clients and become their trusted partner. 
  • Lead the delivery and presentation of digital campaign reporting to clients and/or senior agency leads. Confidently owning and communicating account performance and next steps. 
  • Ensure clients and agency stakeholders are educated and informed about the benefits, opportunities, and challenges within the digital marketing ecosystem. 
  • Effectively manage client media budgets through planning, optimisation, and reconciliation. 

Requirements

Your Experience and Knowledge

  • You will have proven digital media planning and buying experience, gained in an agency environment. 
  • Commercial acumen is essential – the role will require a full understanding of the digital marketing landscape. 
  • You will have client facing/presenting lead experience. 
  • You understand the importance of building strong, consultative relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues. 
  • You can clearly and effectively communicate the role and benefits of Digital marketing from top of the funnel brand-building through to conversion-based strategies. 
  • You excel in creating and delivering digital reports that provide clients with insights and learnings. 
  • Ideally you have experience or understanding of managing individuals and assisting with personal development. 
  • You have an exceptional understanding of digital ad technology and media buying platforms. 
  • You understand campaign implementation and have experience of managing the AdOps process, including tracking / trafficking set up and creative delivery. 
  • Proficient at working in Google Campaign Manager.
