POSITION:     Digital Marketing & Product Integration Specialist

WORK LOCATION:  Hillsboro, Oregon (Hybrid schedule: must work at Hillsboro office at least Tues, Wed, and Thurs.  Work from home must be done within normal commuting distance to Hillsboro office)

JOB DUTIES:

Digital Marketing:

o   Content Creation and Management: Develop and curate engaging written and visual content for various platforms including website, email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and other digital platforms.

o   Digital Marketing Campaigns: Participate in the planning, content creation and execution of campaigns across various channels utilizing comprehensive knowledge of company product offerings to create and optimize digital marketing strategies engagement and conversions.  Analyze campaign results to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization and strategic decision-making.

o   Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing newsletters and campaigns to nurture leads and engage partners utilizing comprehensive knowledge of company product offerings and ProAV industry.

Product Integration: 

o   Product Launches: Work as liaison between Product Management and Marketing Communications to assist in the development and execution of Product Launch plans, including management of schedule to ensure on-time launch deliverables.

o   Digital Product Platforms: Manage product content ranging from messaging to specifications on range of digital platforms including internal platforms, website, Partner Portal, third party platforms and partner websites.

o   International Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with international sales and product teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives while staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and professional AV technology.  Coordinate and execute localized product marketing strategies, including language translations of content and campaigns, to ensure product messaging resonates with regional audiences and aligns with cultural, linguistic, and market-specific nuances.

o   Leverage China Product Resources:  Team with Leyard Product and Marketing and personnel in China to identify and understand product and marketing materials produced by domestic China teams.  Review Chinese positioning and educational materials from LED display competitors as well as key LED suppliers and industry players in order to identify useful content for business.

o   Translation: Create translated materials in English from Leyard product and marketing materials.

o   Expand Technology Knowledge: Create and implement development plans to achieve higher understanding of LED and LCD display technology and Planar’s offerings to increase impact on Product and Marketing Teams, as well as overall business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing or related occupation
• 2 years of experience in marketing or product management of LED and LCD display technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including fluent speaking, reading, and writing of Modern Standard Mandarin Chinese and English
• Experience working with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
• Experience with CMS, preferably Salesforce
• Experience with graphic design tools, preferably Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with Email Marketing or Marketing Automation platform
• Experience creating and adapting content for digital platforms
• Experience working with leading office productivity tools for analysis, reporting and communication
• Experience in a professional role managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of types of team members, including technical

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  Full time role (40+ hours per week)
