The Position

The Global Digital Hub has been established within Roche Services & Solutions Center in Budapest. Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting and Creative Design.

As a Digital Marketing Operations Manager within our Global Digital Hub, you will drive operational excellence by executing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across global markets and affiliates. Operating with high independence and accountability, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, consistent, and quality-driven digital experiences.

The Opportunity:

• Execute Global Campaigns: Manage and coordinate global and local digital marketing execution services, including campaign setup, workflows, updates, and delivery across digital channels.
• Produce & Adapt Assets: Create, format, and maintain visual and written digital assets using global brand templates, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Manage Multi-Channel Deliverables: Oversee email deployments, marketing automation workflows, website content updates, metadata tagging, and social media execution.
• Drive Service Excellence: Manage incoming requests through service management tools and direct stakeholder communication, ensuring timely delivery and transparent status tracking.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on all assets to guarantee accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance before release.
• Optimize Operational Processes: Identify execution bottlenecks, troubleshoot operational issues, root-cause recurring challenges, and contribute to continuous service improvements.
• Collaborate Globally: Partner with distributed teams, affiliates, and stakeholders worldwide to foster a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Who You Are:

You are an organized, detail-oriented digital marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced hub environment. You take ownership of your deliverables, enjoy solving operational puzzles, and are eager to learn new tools and digital processes.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing operations, campaign execution, content production, or a centralized shared services environment.
• Domain Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in multi-channel execution, including campaign management, email marketing deployment, marketing automation journeys, basic SEO/website maintenance, and reporting.
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with service management/ticketing systems, digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and collaboration tools, with a passion for learning new platforms.
• Operational Discipline: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple requests within structured deadlines.
• Communication & Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Systems, or equivalent practical experience, paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary starts from 2400 EUR gross/monthly. Final salary depends on the successful candidate's level of experience, skills and qualifications.
