The Academy is a two-year program designed to give you a remarkable foundation in digital marketing.

We are looking for candidates demonstrating innovative thinking, data fluency, AI readiness and creative problem-solving. We are open to a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, with a focus on STEM subjects or a proven interest in data, automation and AI outside of your studies.

🇦🇷 For Argentina residents: Applications are open to recent graduates with right to work in Argentina with a start date in September 2026. 

🇺🇸 / 🇬🇧 For US & UK residents: Applications are open to recent graduates with right to work in US or UK with a start date in January 2027.

What does the application process look like: 🔎

• We love testing, learning, and feedback (it's in our DNA!) so part of our process includes an online test that includes a Cognitive & Personality evaluation.
• We will invite you to a Careers & Aspirations meeting with one of our Brainlabbers to learn more about you!
  
• During August / September 2026 we will host a series of assessment centres. For US candidates these will be virtual, for UK & ARG candidates will be at our offices in London & BA.
