Role Summary:

 

We are seeking a driven and digitally savvy Manager, Digital Marketing & Communications to join our Regional Marketing team.

 

This role is responsible for managing and optimising the company's digital channels across Asia, ensuring marketing campaigns and content are effectively activated to maximise audience engagement, lead generation, and business impact.

 

Working closely with regional stakeholders and local market teams, you will oversee digital campaign execution, channel optimisation, website management and performance analytics to deliver measurable marketing outcomes and strengthen customer engagement.

 

Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:  

 

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
  • Partner with regional and local teams to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple markets and digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through audience insights, performance data, and emerging digital trends.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

 

Digital Channel Management & Content Activation

  • Manage and optimise digital channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, webinars, and paid media platforms.
  • Oversee the publishing and activation of content across digital channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and optimal reach.
  • Maintain campaign and content calendars to support effective and timely execution.
  • Support lead generation and nurturing activities through optimised customer journeys, landing pages, and marketing automation programmes.

   

Website Management & Digital Experience

  • Manage the company's website and digital properties, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and an engaging user experience.
  • Manage website updates, campaign landing pages, and enhancement projects to support marketing and business objectives.
  • Monitor website performance, SEO, user behaviour, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

 

Analytics & Performance Optimisation

  • Track, analyse, and report on digital marketing, website, and lead generation performance against established KPIs.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, channel performance, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Leverage analytics and marketing technology platforms to support data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation.

Vendor & Marketing Operations Management

  • Manage relationships with agencies, digital vendors, and external partners to ensure quality delivery, cost efficiency, and project success.
  • Maintain marketing systems, digital tools, and documentation to support effective campaign execution and operational excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement in marketing processes, workflows, and digital capabilities.

Skills & Experience - Essential

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, website management, and digital channel optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital channels, marketing platforms, analytics, and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing performance, lead generation, and campaign optimisation.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills

Skills & Experience - Desirable

  • Experience in a regional and/or B2B environment.
  • Experience with CRM, lead management and marketing automation platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors or external partners.
  • Proactive, adaptable, with a continuous learning mindset
