We're looking for an early-career web professional who enjoys solving problems, building digital experiences, and learning new technologies. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS and is excited to expand their skills across website operations, analytics, accessibility, tagging, automation, and digital experience optimization.
While experience with Webflow is a plus, it is not required. Candidates should be comfortable learning new platforms quickly and willing to complete Webflow training and certification during onboarding. The majority of day-to-day work involves managing website content, supporting publishing operations, troubleshooting issues, validating tracking implementations, and improving the overall digital experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in web development, digital experience, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and the ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify existing scripts.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience working with a CMS or website publishing platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot website issues using browser developer tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Webflow.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and testing tools.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with APIs, automation tools, or workflow platforms.
- Experience supporting marketing technology implementations.
What success looks like
- Quickly becomes proficient in Webflow and internal publishing processes.
- Independently manages content updates, publishing requests, and website maintenance activities.
- Confidently troubleshoots and modifies JavaScript, tracking scripts, and website integrations.
- Maintains high standards for quality, accessibility, performance, and user experience.
- Continuously expands technical capabilities and contributes process improvements.
