KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Digital Analysts are responsible for:
• Supporting delivery of client engagements across strategy, operations, and transformation workstreams.
• Conducting primary and secondary research to develop market, competitor, and operational insights.
• Building financial models, business cases, and quantitative analyses to underpin client recommendations.
• Preparing high-quality slide decks, reports, and memos for client and internal audiences.
• Participating in client workshops and meetings, presenting findings with confidence and clarity.
• Managing discrete workstreams with guidance from senior team members, proactively flagging risks and issues.
• Contributing to business development activities including proposal writing and pitch preparation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION - ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications & Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree (2:1 or above, or equivalent) in any discipline; strong academic record required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to construct structured arguments and clear visuals.
Experience
• Up to 2 years' experience in a professional services, analytical, or client-facing environment (internship experience
considered).
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Experience synthesising large volumes of information into concise, actionable outputs.
Skills & Competencies
• Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with a hypothesis-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn across diverse industries and problem types.

PERSON SPECIFICATION - DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
• Prior internship or placement experience at a consulting, professional services, or strategy firm.
• Working knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) or programming languages (SQL, Python).
• Second European language — advantageous for international client work.
