As part of the Digital Assurance Team, you will contribute to our vision of building trust at speed — ensuring that assurance is embedded into every digital product, data pipeline, AI model, and infrastructure change so that they are secure, compliant, and reliable by design.

Make a real impact

• Support the assessment of the secure and reliable operation of IT systems and digital environments.
• Assist in IT-related audit procedures for financial statement audits and controls-based assurance engagements.
• Analyze large datasets to assess data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Extract, transform, and cleanse data to support assurance procedures and generate meaningful insights.
• Support the testing of IT General Controls (ITGCs), automated controls, and digital processes.
• Contribute to data governance, data migration, and controls monitoring activities.
• Enabling businesses to move faster and make smarter decisions through advanced analytics and modern data capabilities
• Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations using digital tools.
• Support the implementation and use of technology-enabled assurance solutions
• Contribute to engagements related to regulatory compliance including NIS2, DORA, myData, GDPR, and the EU AI Act.
• Support work in cybersecurity, privacy, process optimization, attestation services, and third-party reporting.
• Assist with emerging areas of assurance such as AI governance, Responsible AI, AI privacy assessments, data bias audits, and model testing.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables and support engagement coordination effectively.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and help deliver practical, tailored solutions.

What you bring matters

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Security
  • Data Science / Data Analytics
  • Mathematics / Statistics
  • Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • or a related field

• 0–2 years of working experience.
• Strong digital mindset and tech-savvy skills.
• Interest in technology, systems, data, controls, compliance, cybersecurity, and AI.
• Ability to communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner — verbally and in written materials.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills with sound judgment.
• Confident, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Commitment to delivering excellent quality work and building strong client relationships.

It’s a plus if you have familiarity with:

• Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, DevOpps, Fabrics, PowerBI)
• SQL
• Tableau
• RPA / APA
• Cybersecurity / privacy / regulatory compliance frameworks
