Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled and reliable Dietary Cook to prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
- Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and production schedules.
- Assist with inventory and food storage procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care settings is a plus.
