Experience in administration, customer service, scheduling or a similar environment would give you a great foundation, and we'll provide the training you need to develop your knowledge.

Ideally, you'll be based in Glasgow, although we're also happy to consider candidates based elsewhere in the UK who are looking for a home-based opportunity.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • Organisation & Diary Management – Able to coordinate appointments, manage schedules and prioritise a busy workload effectively.
  • Customer Service – A friendly, professional and helpful approach, with a genuine commitment to providing a positive customer experience.

  • Accuracy & Attention to Detail – Takes pride in getting things right and ensuring customer and claim information is recorded accurately.
  • Administration Skills – Comfortable completing administrative tasks, updating systems and maintaining clear and accurate records.
  • Time Management – Able to balance multiple activities, deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Teamwork – Enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to a supportive and positive team environment.
  • Adaptability – Comfortable working in a busy environment and responding positively when priorities or customer needs change.
